Our History

1983

The practice, originally Antony Aspbury Associates, is founded by Tony Aspbury in Newark.


1985

The company moves to offices in Nottingham city centre.


1996

Mike Downes joins the practice.


2000

Mike Downes becomes a Partner.


2001

The company is appointed as Panel Planning Consultants for the NFU for the East Midlands.


2003

The practice is incorporated and becomes a Limited Company.


2006

The company moves to new premises at Park Lane Business Centre in Basford, Nottingham.


2013

The company celebrates 30 years of providing planning consultancy services.


2015

The company is rebranded with a new name and modern look as Aspbury Planning Limited.
