Retail

We have a solid track record of securing planning permission for new retail development as well as extensions to existing stores around the UK.

Our commissions have included developments in or on the edge of town or city centres and we have been especially active in gaining planning permission for small supermarkets and convenience stores.  We have enjoyed recent success at Gwynedd, Nuneaton, Inverclyde, Frome and Winchcombe.  We are also working toward securing further permissions for small supermarkets in Warwickshire and Gloucestershire.

The following companies form part of our growing retail client base:

  • Warner’s Budgens
  • The Co-operative Food
  • Radstock Co-operative Society
  • Heart of England Co-operative Society
