Urban regeneration

We have helped many schemes to regenerate previously developed, redundant or derelict sites across the UK, often in areas suffering from deprivation and social and economic exclusion.  In some cases our work has combined comprehensive mixed-use, residential, commercial, retail and leisure developments.

A good example is the former ‘Stanton Tip’ in Nottingham, where the project involves the reclamation and remediation of the old Cinderhill Colliery spoil tip. Its redevelopment for mixed uses will include housing, employment, a neighbourhood centre and open space. Critical to its success is the maximisation of stable and uncontaminated development land, to integrate it within the surrounding suburbs and conserve and enhance a Local Nature Reserve.
