Aspbury Planning Ltd have been instructed by Huntingdon Notts Properties Limited to prepare a full planning application to Nottingham City Council for demolition and clearance of existing single storey retail units and erection of purpose-built student accommodation comprising apartments, cluster apartments, studios and houses (301 bedspaces in 112 units), together with ancillary retail, leisure and recreation facilities at 121/123 Huntingdon Street (and north side of Great Freeman Street), Nottingham, NG1 3NG.
