  • Erection of up to 35 hectares of fixed (i.e. not rotating) Spanish Polytunnels over ‘table top’ crops
  • Ancillary development such as a pump house and 2 external water tanks, general purpose agricultural building, lorry docking/loading platform
  • Upgraded vehicular access from A4137
  • Seasonal agricultural workers campsite
